In 1986 Villa World Limited was listed on the ASX. At the outset, Villa World specialised in the development of affordable ‘house and land’ packages and integrated housing. The Company built a reputation as a developer of complete, ready to live in homes in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Today, the Company has two major residential development brands: Villa World Homes for developments where we market complete ‘house & land’ and integrated housing and GEO Developments for residential ‘land only’ projects. 

Villa World Homes has been one of Australia’s leading property brands for over two decades. Under the Villa World Homes brand, the Villa World builds and markets a core range of high quality, price competitive homes in Queensland. 

Villa World Homes is significantly different from its major competitors in that we plan and deliver fully constructed, fully landscaped homes, ready to live in.

Master planned communities where the Villa World solely develops and sells the residential land lots, both to builders and consumers, are marketed under the GEO Developments brand in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.

Our primary target market is the affordable middle market, predominantly owner occupier families within each project’s location.

In a strategic move to return to its core business roots, the Villa World's current strategy is to grow the core residential communities development business within Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
