Sandy Beard,  B.Com

Chairman

Sandy Beard is an experienced financier of growth companies as well as having gained considerable industry experience through his investee board roles. He is also Director of CVC Property Fund (ASX:CJT), Amadeus Energy Limited (ASX:AMU) and Mnet Group Limited (ASX:MNZ), and Chairman of Cellnet Group Limited (ASX:CLT). CVC has been an active participant in the property sector, undertaking investments ranging from pure development to passive financing positions. Sandy is a Chartered accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.

John Potter

Managing Director

John has undertaken real estate activities on the Gold Coast for over twenty five years and has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development and investment. John was the founder of Citie Centre Limited which merged with Villa World Limited in 2000. John was a non-executive director of Villa World Limited from November 2003 and prior to that was Villa World Limited's Chief Executive Officer and executive director for 3 years. John has been a director of Villa World since 2000.

Richard Anderson, OAM, BCom, FCA, FCPA

Independent Non-Executive Director

Richard has been a non-executive director of Villa World Limited since September 2002 serving as Chairman from September 2006 to November 2011. He is Chairman of Data #3 Limited and a member of the board of Namoi Cotton Co-operative Limited and Lindsay Australia Limited. He is also President of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association of Queensland, a member of the Council of the Queensland Art Gallery Foundation and Patron of the Brisbane Polo Club. Richard is a Chartered Accountant. He was formerly a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers and was the firms' Managing Partner in Queensland and a member of the firms' National Committee. He is a Past President of CPA Australia (Queensland Division) and has served on the boards of several other community and charitable organisations.

Troy Harry, BBus

Independent Non-executive Director

Troy Harry was appointed to the Board on 26 February 2009. Troy has been involved in stockbroking and investment management for 16 years, spending over five years at ABN AMRO Morgans in Brisbane, before establishing his own business, Trojan Investment Management Pty Ltd, in 2003. He has experience in financial analysis, modeling and structuring, and in advising and managing investment companies. Troy is currently the Managing Director of Trojan Equity Limited, an investment company listed on ASX that is a substantial shareholder of Villa World Group. Trojan Equity's focus is on investment in undervalued asset situations in the Australian stockmarket, and Troy is solely responsible for managing the company's investment portfolio.

Craig Treasure BAppSc (Surveying)

Independent Non-executive Director

Craig was appointed to the Board on 17 February 2012. Craig has over 25 years experience in property development, specifically in land, housing and apartment development along the eastern seaboard of Australia. Craig was previously an executive with Sunland Group Limited (ASX:SDG) and is currently an independent director of Austpac Funds Management, a private financial services company and also a director of iLiv Group, a private property development and advisory group. Craig holds a Bachelor of Applied Surveying and is also a Licensed Surveyor and a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia.
